I have a GREAT TIP for you to help you streamline your schedule.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s one of my \u201cmusts\u201d when I feel like my to-do list is overflowing.<\/p>\n

But here\u2019s my favorite payoff:<\/p>\n

If you try it for 1-2 weeks, you\u2019ll notice you have MORE FREE TIME for your non-negotiables (workouts, meal prep, etc.).<\/p>\n

It\u2019s called the Eisenhower Matrix \u2014 and using it will help you prioritize what you tackle first, and pinpoint items you might be able to cross off your list forever (woohoo!).<\/p>\n

Here\u2019s how it works:<\/p>\n

\u2192 Take your to-do list and pop each item into a category: Urgent or Not Urgent.<\/p>\n

Urgent tasks DEMAND your attention and need to be done ASAP.<\/p>\n

\u00a0 How to know if something is urgent: It makes you feel stressed, defensive, rushed, and frazzled.<\/p>\n

\u2192 Then, take all of those same tasks and divide them AGAIN into two different categories: Important and Not Important.<\/p>\n

Important tasks contribute to your long-term goals and well-being.<\/p>\n

But here\u2019s the sneaky thing about \u201cimportant\u201d tasks\u2026 if we keep delaying them, important tasks BECOME urgent.<\/p>\n
